BY ROSS RYANMoyross A team smashed five goals passed Glenview last night in their final league game of the season. Goals came from three of the Quinns with Barry, Dean and Tommy grabbing a goal apiece. Patrick Roche scored two goals to finish off the goal fest.
Centre-half Dean Quinn was delighted with the outcome: “We played well, the lads were fantastic, Lee Redden played out of his skin.”
The recently crowned champions will face their biggest task yet when they take on Premier giants Ballynanty in the semi-final of the Lawson cup on Sunday 16th of May. The team will be in confident mood after beating the then top-of-the-Premier League Janesboro FC.
